repair systems for Wind Turbine Blades

Nacelles and Machine Parts

Our turbines are protected from harsh weather conditions using a specially formulated smart coating, adding years to the turbine's longevity. Our nacelle covers and related components are protected using our advanced chemical solutions which bond, seal and protect.

Blade Manufacturing

For over 20 years Sika has successfully developed bonding solutions that blade manufacturers have come to rely on, providing a robust and reliable production process that ensures long blade service life even when installed in the harshest conditions.

Steel Tower

The majority of wind turbines are built with tubular steel segments. These steel parts must be able to perform in some of the hardest environments in the world. Sika has developed a complete range of products to allow the turbines to perform over long periods of time.

Concrete Tower

The use of concrete as base material in wind turbine towers is increasing every year. This concrete has special requirements in order to resist the great loads that the nacelle transfer to the tower and this one down to the foundation. In Sika we can provide a complete solution from foundation, erection to protection of all the concrete parts of a wind farm.

Base Foundation

Our experience in the construction industry makes us the experts in all kinds of foundations used in wind turbines. Our portfolio covers the complete solution needed for steel or concrete foundations in onshore and offshore turbines.
